Supply Chain Services Program Manager

Job Description: Principal Accountabilities: ? Responsible for maintaining a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the Arrow Supply Chain Process associated with the implementation and support of multiple Digital Supply Chain Solution (DSCS) applications. Make recommendations on process enhancements. Develop software applications in Excel, Access, and/or Focus (but not limited to such programs) in order to support complex supply chain business objectives. ? Work directly with customers and SCSM(s), utilizing the Arrow Supply Chain process to define the implementation requirements to ensure a successful supply chain engagement. ? Develop tailored training materials to support the use of DSCS applications; provide branch (or group) training as required. Develop related documentation/procedures required in support of all new supply chain solutions of our more complex engagements ? Evaluate new opportunities with the field, as well as with our SCSM(s) to determine and develop the appropriate implementation strategy required to meet the needs of the supply chain engagements. Develop new support models as required to maximize the overall performance of our supply chain solutions. Support new supply chain engagements from concept through implementation. ? Review and analyze the performance of existing accounts and provide direct support as needed with branch personnel for any recommended changes necessary to improve account performance. Troubleshoot to identify root causes and trends and make recommendations to improve. Serve as a key technical and knowledge resource for DSCS application development. As part of a development team, drives the establishment of new and/or improved supply chain applications required to meet the needs of the industry. Maintain an understanding and knowledge of industry trends. ? Develop process controls and procedures that define operational requirements and/or improvements in the support of DSCS tools and applications. Provide field support as to the interrelationships, dependencies, and implementation requirements of multiple DSCS Supply Chain Tool applications. Work jointly on specific/complex initiatives with our SCSM(s). Develop advanced Focus spreadsheets and/or database solutions that support the needs of complex supply chain engagements. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
