The Oakley Regional Manager, Field Marketing is responsible for the execution, management and training of the Field Marketing Rep team. The Regional Manager provides the Field Marketing Rep team with the information they need to successfully impact sell through within Oakley Sport, National and Local & Regional account doors, as well as, successfully execute all Oakley owned event activations.
Partner with the Sr. Manager, Field Marketing to recruit, hire, and train all new hires as well as continue to develop new education programs for the current team
Consistently manage the Field Marketing Rep team and National Key Account Managers to grow the US National Account retail business through focused marketing activations
Provide support to the network of National Accounts and L&R Wholesale accounts within their territory and teams
Help create engaging and unique brand experiences within the region through self-generated National Account, consumer facing, and Oakley National events
Plan and execute with Field Marketing Rep team in-store and out-of-store training events for all accounts, staying consistent with US Marketing strategy
Work with Sr. Manager, Field Marketing to translate program strategy and initiatives into measurable program results
Ensure Field Marketing Rep execution is aligned with initiatives set forth by North American Brand Director
Manage the execution of event strategies ensuring Field Marketing Reps have attainable goals
Collaborate with Sr. Manager and National Key Account Managers to understand sales initiatives; develop ideas and strategies to help grow the business
Work with Event Manager and Sr. Manager to outline and build an event calendar for Field Marketing Reps; including National Account support, Rolling O Lab activations, L&R rep support, national events and FMR generated events
Manage and communicate with all Field Marketing Reps in region to set goals, monitor performance, and prioritize business focus to drive team on training, product and brand knowledge
Develop Field Marketing Rep team members with regards to establishing career paths and goals
Travel in market with all Field Marketing Reps to understand and continually develop new business ideas for each territory
Bachelor?s degree
5+ years of marketing experience, minimum of 3 years of field (or experiential) marketing experience
Proven ability to lead and develop a team
Ability to influence people and build relationships
Ability to build relationships
Strong public speaking and presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills
Interpersonal skills
Competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
Previous knowledge of Oakley products, history, and culture preferred
Bachelor?s degree with emphasis in business and marketing preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
