Dealer Development Coordinator

This position will assist with the coordination of various Department projects and initiatives.  Develop tracking reports, review & monitor project status, provide support and assistance to regions, DMs and dealers, measure and evaluate program success, process purchase orders & invoices, maintain budgets, etc.  Provide ongoing support and assistance for Dealer Development projects.  Work closely with department suppliers, Regions, DMs and dealers to insure that project timelines are met and overall program objectives are accomplished.

  • Monitor and track dealer package process through our document management system to ensure that all packages are processed within established guidelines.

  • Update and maintain Power Sports dealer information.

  • Primary coordinator of Dealer Development special projects which include, but are not limited to: retail facility improvement programs.

  • Establish project development and implementation timelines that meet specific project objectives..

  • Update and prepare monthly budget reports to monitor and assist with budget tracking.

  • Design and develop dealer communication plans to launch projects.

  • Design & develop resources and materials that support projects (ie; brochures, order forms, promotional materials, etc.).

  • Provide support and assistance to department staff for planning and conducting quarterly events

  • Assist and support Training Specialist.

  • Work closely with Regions and DMs to insure that projects delivered are aligned with Dealer and consumer needs.

  • Establish an ongoing database to allow for accurate tracking and measurement of Dealer participation in specific programs.

  • Generates routine reports as needed to track project implementation, as well as management summary reports

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
