The Sr Analyst- Supply Chain is accountable for the financial reporting, fulfillment, planning and budgeting for the supply chain department. Performs statistical and analytical studies; prepares and assists in the preparation of financial reports, fulfillment improvement tools, business cases, and presentations/publications according to prescribed guidelines


  • Budgeting and Planning- Development of budgets for the Supply Chain Department; provides information and assists staff in budget preparation, implementation, and control; prepares, balances, compiles, and enters budget data; performs statistical analysis of budgets; monitors and evaluates budgets for appropriateness to ensure compliance. Creates standard cost for direct and indirect materials.

  • Communications and Technical Support - Maintains communication with internal team regarding financial matters; provides information and technical support in the development and revision of financial reports; assists in the development and documentation of office systems and procedures.

  • Fulfillment and Service Reporting- Prepares financial reports and presentations as required by the Supply Chain and/or NPI Department. Assists Supply Chain Department in compiling data and interpreting service level data; maintains statistical reports and key performance indicators; plans and monitors timelines and project plans to meet strict deadlines reviews and verifies statistical and financial information to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Research and Data Analysis- Researches and analyzes financial and business process data for Supply Chain team; creates, organizes, and maintains files using database and spreadsheet programs; retrieves and organizes data into required reporting formats; collects, retrieves and organizes data to identify cost savings/value improvement opportunities and resolve inquiries; recommends solutions ensuring that corrections or changes are implemented properly.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience in accounting, financial analysis and reporting, demonstrating progression in career.

  • Knowledge of generally accepted financial/business analytic principles and procedures; standard software applications, principles and techniques of financial/business case preparation, project administration, statistical methods and technical writing.

  • Experience with SAP highly desired

  • Interprets and explains complex data/analytics; make decisions on a variety of complex matters in accordance with established procedures.

  • Sets priorities and organize work to meet strict deadlines.

  • Communicates effectively in both oral and written form.

  • Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with internal and external clients.

  • Strong computer skills (Excel and Access).


  • Operations / Supply Chain experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
