The role will provide lead the program development and project management in support of HR for Oakley Operations in Foothill Ranch. Function as a liaison between Oakley HR and internal clients as well as contractors and vendors from project conception to project completion. Responsible for the development, organization control of project schedules and costs, as well as communication plan for key HR initiatives.
This role will collaborate with Brand HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to help support the execution of Luxottica HR programs and initiatives such as talent management and employee engagement. Additionally, this position will be the HRBP for the corporate team in all aspects of human resources.
Collaborate with senior HR leader to drive HR initiatives for facility
Business partner to corporate team in handling employee relations, workforce management, organizational structures, and general human resources responsibilities
Build and foster collaborative relationships with all team members and leadership teams and stay informed and abreast of new initiatives and business processes
Ensure managers have the resources to execute appropriate HR practices, processes, tools, and systems and provide support around day to day HR initiatives.
Establish trust and provide guidance as needed to business leaders regarding their behaviors, skills, competencies, including individual and team development, business-decision-making, problem-solving, and general leadership practices
Assist in the identification, development and execution of tools to help leaders manage and develop their own people (e.g. individual development plans, performance management, corrective counseling, succession and talent management, and pay-for-performance)
Support manager accountability for employee engagement for the business, including development and execution of action plans
Work with senior leaders to determine project and initiative priorities
Lead and deliver projects on schedule and ensure they meet the business goals
Apply knowledge and experience to identify project risks, develop and evaluate alternative solutions to drive positive project outcomes
Provide summary of program status, including progress and completion outlook to leadership team and sponsor weekly
Establish processes and tools to efficiently analyze overall effectiveness
Ensure feedback on all initiatives is captured and incorporated for process improvement
Bachelor?s degree in business administration, HR management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years program development and project management experience or equivalent
5+ years? progressive HR experience
Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes and programs
Critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrated success executing change initiatives
Proven ability to work across multiple functions and levels within a matrix environment
Strong collaboration and teamwork; reinforces one voice of HR
Ability to maintain an enthusiastic attitude and low stress level
Strong organizational skills ? project management, time management and prioritizing
Strong leadership skills
HR certification
Master?s Degree

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
