To be a good fit for the Senior Import / Export Specialist opportunity, you will have: A bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college.
Solid export and/or import compliance experience, including classification of products, working directly with US and foreign customs agencies, customs brokers and freight forwarders.
The ability to obtain and maintain a valid triple-certification for HazMat shipping: IATA, IMDG and 49CFR.
Excellent planning and organizational skills, and the ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
A demonstrated ability to manage daily tasks and projects simultaneously.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
