is a precision machine shop located in our brand new clean modern facility in the beautiful city of Foothill Ranch, CA.
We specialize in complex, tight tolerance, micro parts machined primarily on Swiss-style lathes.
We are a Preferred Employer and a growing company looking to add an experienced Machine Maintenance Tech to our team.
Position:
Professional Machine Maintenance Technicain to keep our CNC and conventional machines running consistential and efficiently.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly and operate efficiently Perform yearly Preventative Maintenance on all machines.
Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
Regularly inspect and reviews machines to ensure machines are operating optimally and to avoid major mechanical breakdown.
Schedule major repairs and work with OEM Machine Tech to get machines abck up and running in an expeditoius manor.
Experince on Citizens Swiss Lathes, Doosan CNC Mills, Sodick EDMs a huge bonus.
Evaluate and complete simple repairs.
Work with tool Crib Coordinator to purchase and stock common spare parts.
Report Daily to Director of Operations on working status of equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills.
Maintain a positive attitude and promote a team approach throughout the Department.
