We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for manufacturing/distribution company located in South Orange County.
Position will be working onsite.
Pay up to $26 per hour.
Temp to hire positionAccounts Receivable Specialist Duties:
Will be responsible for supporting the full cycle AR processPost the daily cash applications and cash receiptsResearch and handle the deductions and prepare credit memosProcess return good credits (RMA)Process credit card paymentsResearch and handle short claims Work with customer web portals Handle daily collections callsSet-up new customers and processing credit checksAssist with the monthly close process and journal entries Accounts Receivable Specialist Requirements:
AA desired 3-5 years of full cycle accounts receivable experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong reconciliation experienceStrong attention to detail Intermediate Excel skills (vlookup and pivot)PandoLogic.
