The Director of Nursing (DON) plans, directs, organizes, and evaluates nursing services to meet the total needs of our residents, and ensures an efficient health facility operation in cooperation with other departments and in compliance with state and federal regulations.

) Establishing objectives and long-term goals for the nursing departmentOrganizing and coordinating admission, nursing, and patient care proceduresDeveloping and enforcing policies for legal compliance and high-quality standards Annual Salary:
$135,000 - $157,000 (Depending On Experience) $5,000 Sign-on BonusTo be successful in the role, you would have:
Current/prior experience as a DON or ADONSkilled Nursing experience preferredBachelor's degree or higher in Nursing; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is a plusValid RN license and CPR certificationIn-depth knowledge of hospital procedures and KPI/KQIs of patient careDemonstrated knowledge of healthcare best practices and legal regulationsAbility to lead and develop personnelExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsWhat's in it for you?
