We are currently looking for a full-time Social Media Content Creater/Manager who will post creative, informative, and educational content on social media platforms to engage with old and new patients.
This role will establish the voice, face, and overall branding of Heavenly Plastic Surgery (HPS) on online platforms.
This is a salary-based position.
While you are not clocking in hours, this role is expected to take up full time hours, or as long as it takes to finish the work.
This is a hybrid role where you are expected to work in-person on operating days in the surgery center (located in Ontario until 6/2024) and whenever content is to be filmed in the clinic (in Foothill Ranch).
Our surgery center will be finished in mid 2024 at which time the role will be full time in Foothill Ranch.
Responsibilities Digital Marketing Managing social media accounts with content development, scheduling posts, monitoring and engaging with prospective patients, and creating paid social campaigns (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, MailChimp, Youtube, etc.
).
Responsible for graphic design for all marketing promotions including advertising, patient communication, and physical displays.
Head of branding, logo design and implementation, and overall look of our digital presence Manage and update the practice website (Wordpress), Google Business Listing, and Yelp Business page to ensure effective and current practice promotion as well as fulfill patient requests on these platforms in a timely manner Consult and communicate with Dr.
Nguyen on a regular basis to develop and update marketing initiatives.
Create before and after photos of surgery patients to publish and send to patients Supporting the Clinic Organize clinic photos into patient echarts weekly Take clinic and pre-operative photos of patients for their medical record Support HPS team members with content used in communication with patients Assist Dr.
Nguyen with miscellaneous patient-specific assignments Presence in the Operating Room (2-3x per week) Capture surgical footage (photo, video) with the intention of usage for patient videos and overall content Curate and post Instagram Stories for each surgical case that gives consent Record surgery case in/out times, tissue weights, and other misc.
