Responsibilities:
Assistant Center Directors will support our Center Manager in 5 key areas:
1.
Student assessments and consultations CDs can successfully identify students areas of strength and of discomfort CDs can generate a custom learning plan for this students individual needs CDs can discuss goals and solutions with parents and students CDs can assist in the family enrollment process 2.
Developing and maintaining strong parent relationships CDs can successfully communicate with parents regarding student progress, behaviors, and lessons CDs are friendly and sociable with our families 3.
Developing and training our instructional staff CDs can aid in the instructor hiring and training process CDs can identify team strengths and weaknesses and make proper adjustments 4.
Maintaining center expectations and quality CDs can hold team members accountable for their performance CDs can ensure set expectations are met 5.
Measuring center performance through our key performance indicators (KPIs) CDs can analyze reports on center performance and help make the appropriate changes Requirements:
Full-Time ACDs must be available a minimum of 5 days per week (including weekend) Full-Time ACDs must maintain an average of 35-40 per week to remain in good standing All employees are subject to an employment math assessment to evaluate math understanding and skill level
Qualifications:
Passion for math and working with students Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities Eagerness to learn and be trained Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I Proficiency in computer skills Completed Bachelor's Degree, preferred in business, education, or related field Previous management or leadership experience preferred Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred Mandarin/Korean Bilingual preferred, not required Benefits/Perks (Full-Time):

Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium.
Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center.
If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
