Our Foothill Ranch studio is looking for an experienced Sr. Engine Programmer to contribute to the next iteration of the award-winning NBA 2K franchise. In this role, you will be responsible for owning major runtime systems, including designing and implementing performant and maintainable multiplatform solutions. What You Will Do:
Write clean, maintainable, and performant code Work with content and engineering partners to identify problems and validate solutions Factor development efforts into prioritized tasks Map the limitations of existing solutions and identify new solutions where required Profile, optimize, configure, and tune for multiple platforms Help triage build and productivity blockers Model best practices and supervise junior programmers, as required Who Will Be a Great Fit:

years of programming experience on commercial software projects, ideally in the video game industry or related fields Experience shipping AAA game titles Fluency in C/C++, multithreading, 3D math, and memory systems Ability to debug and optimize complex systems Ability to work independently and efficiently Functional knowledge of PS4, Xbox One, and Switch development tools Nice-to-have:
Experience with production graphics pipelines
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & Engineering, Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
